Job Description

• To record all daily maintenance activities on highway and toll building.
• To ensure the up keeping of the maintenance (M&E) items are inventoried properly.
• To ensure all damage/stolen road furniture and pavement on the highway are rectified or replaced at the shortest time possible.
• To rectify all maintenance repairs at the toll plaza as per MI at the shortest time possible.
• To ensure that all routine inspection on equipments, street lightings, high mast, high bay lights, traffic lights, switchboard (main switch board & distribution board), water pump systems, security systems, UPS, generators gets, etc are carried out on site as required. Attend to emergency call – 24 hours.
• To ensure that routine maintenance work, at the building, toll plaza and mainline are carried out as required.
• To respond to emergencies on the highway and report all incidents occurred.
• To rectify all maintenance repairs at the toll plaza as per MI at the shortest time possible.
• To monitor lighting in the toll buildings, walkway canopies, toll booth, pedestrian bridges, bus-shelters, covered car park, compound lightings, etc.
• To attend site monitoring with LLM.
• To assist the Engineer to take photo any maintenance works at site.
• To follow others duties as instructed from time to time by the immediate superior.

Job Requirement

• Chargeman A4 or A0 Certificate;
• Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience;
• Able to carry out daily repairs on all type of M&E services and etc;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with serious commitment to job responsibility & quality;
• Self discipline and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Possess own transport
