Responsibilities:
Ensure all essential equipment/systems are working properly by performing daily checks.
Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time.
Ensure safety of all staff and visitors/customers while performing reparing or inspection works. Monitoring cost control checking the equipments and machineries to ensure proper handling and storing to avoid damage.
Requirements:
Minimum Chargeman A4
Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
